Extroverts gain energy by interacting with others and their environment. Although they also need and desire introverted reflected time. Too much time spend outside of extraversion can be draining. Therefore, extroverts should pay close attention to their energy levels when binging on TV and Netflix. If one of extraverted preference finds them self lacking in energy, motivation, or creativity, they should refill and recharge by turning off the boobtube, take a trip to the store, call a friend and engage in any of their favorite energy creating activities
